Over the last four years, all of my windows and doors (including French doors) have been replaced by Lee Kelly Ltd and I am extremely satisfied with the work and delighted with how they look, both from inside and outside. As part of the most recent work, I provided a picture of a design with coloured glass for a large landing window and it looks beautiful . Staff in the showroom are helpful and the gentleman who did the survey provided clear advice and was very thorough with the plans. A quotation in writing was promptly prepared. As soon as I gave the go ahead, he quickly arranged for the fitter who was to carry out the work to make a visit, during which he confirmed the plans and measurements which I found very reassuring and professional. The fitters were punctual, courteous, and focused on completing the work to a high standard. Their skill and competence were apparent and they kept me informed. They took care and were respectful of being in my home, and cleared up at the end of each day's work. Lee Kelly Ltd was recommended to me by two friends, both very satisfied customers, and on my recommendation my neighbour has new windows fitted by Lee Kelly and he is also very happy with the result. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm for the quality of the work, the competitive prices, and the customer service.

Lee Kelly took our ideas to completely re-configure the bay and increase the size of the windows and turned them into a reality. Very professional from the outset with excellent attention to detail, especially the detailed measurements needed to reconfigure the bay window from 7 to 5 units. We are thrilled with the finished result, the new bay and flush fit windows blend in seamlessly with the frontage, the build quality and finish is superb, completed on time and to budget. The end result is a house that we are really proud of, thank you for helping us achieve that. We recently had new doors fitted by Lee Kelly and we have to say the service provided from start to finish was fantastic. Great advice was given when choosing the doors and they arrived quickly. The fitter was absolutely brilliant and did a great job leaving no mess and removing the old doors for us. We were so impressed that we are now ordering replacement windows for the rest of the house.
