My daughter's car broke down on the dual carriageway outside magnet so thought it was safer to park on there than on the main road. She stayed with the car until the mechanic came(which was at 8pm) and reformed 100 parking ticket. Rand magnet! No help. Absolutely disgusted.

This branch employ PPC scammers ARDPARK to manage their car park. 100 fine to park there at night for 20 minutes in an unlit car park with signs half hidden in the far corners to entrap you. You would think a national company like Magnets would have more sense than to use these vultures

Avoid. Rude incompetent manager who can’t take responsibility for their own mistakes and blames the tradesman. Staff don’t know their arse from their elbow.

Avoid. The whole process has been a protracted nightmare from start to finish. We bought a kitchen in February and I am still trying to get snagging points sorted. Beware, if you use a Magnet-approved fitter and pay them directly, the fact that the branch will then provide you with very tardy and shoddy service because you effectively have no direct fitting contract with them is not made clear (until after you have paid the deposit and read the contract that I didn't get a copy of until a couple of months later). However, this has been made perfectly clear to me over the phone by the branch manager himself who has offered no apology for the nightmare experience that this process has proved to be!
