Helpful and knowledgeable staff, good selection of equipment for aquariums and ponds
Shopped here 3 times and won’t be coming back. The first time I was served by a guy with a beard and a younger guy who were both very knowledgeable and great to talk to. The second 2 times I was served by a guy who looked around 30 and couldn’t even be bothered to make eye contact. The second time I saw him he was standing at the counter eating cereal and looking annoyed that I’d dared to ask him for some fish (I know, the nerve of me!).

Nice aquarium, love the fact they sometimes have different breeds of shrimp in, and also dwarf African frogs! Staff can be a little rude to children as I witnessed, one member in particular and also their knowledge seems to be more on personal experience rather learnt experience so if you don't know what you are looking for than I'd do plenty of research beforehand
