Lots of reductions today but not on the things I liked... floors looked half empty...spacious?! Coffee shop only one person serving, took forever. Only one gluten free option, a solid looking scone..which actually tasted better than it looked, but come on Marks, what about one of those cakes being gluten free?!

Clothes at the sale prices now look fair. Original prices wont get me to go anywhere near. Pity really for I do like them. The restaurant, again acceptable but really so many cafes to choose from they seem to be now just one in a crowd
When I asked about a certain product I was told if it's not on the shelf we dont have it. Was not offered to check online for me or anything. The staff member said it's not my dept and walked away
Went to exchange 4 year school shoes. Siobhan (think that was her name) was brilliant. Helped us get the right size. Excellent customer service.
