This restaurant is a waste of time I had to wait outside then when i got in only to find out its debit card only not cash and rude staff. Burger King for me from now on.

Absolute shocking service after they’ve introduced the touch screen machines where you can order food. I ordered just one portion of fries and I was waiting 17 minutes for them. The restaurant was empty, only 1 or 2 customers and it took them 17 minutes to serve me just a portion of fries. The staff should be ashamed and the service is absolutely embarrassing.

Usually fairly good and convenient for where I work close by, it can get very busy being in the town centre, but this evening in a virtually empty place, I had to wait 13 minutes for my burger and chips, nothing special or out of the ordinary on the order either. And yet there were more staff than customers - left me feeling pretty frustrated, more so because it wasn't accompanied by a simple 'sorry'. Not acceptable for a supposed fast food outlet

It’s very quite small, but this isn’t a problem if you’re taking away. Clean and there is a high standard on the food. I’d go again but there is a nicer one near me. Convenient for a late shop when you’re hungry.
