Found a seat quickly, ordering was easy and came fast. Bacon burger & chips were very good and beautifully salted. Also, Alex deserves a raise

Always very clean and tidy, sometimes have to wait a little bit but food great. The older chap who greets and seats is great as are all the workers thank you so much for your work during covid. Ordering on the app and collecting however I haven't got the hang of. They've now implemented clear screens and scanning the track and trace and I think delivery would be great but I'm a bit too far away for it. Thanks though!

You know what you are getting. Staff very good and making it covid safe. Slick table service and clean tables. A lot of companies could learn from having a coffee here and watching how it should be done. Need to sign in and shown to a table. Well done McDonalds and their team

Service times are good , but their is a credibility gap between food illustration (eg pictures) and actual presentation . Often some menu items look a bit sloppy and thrown together. It’s very variable and I use outlets in Preston (3) Blackburn (2) , Manchester and across north west. Staff are generally attentive and clearly been well trained . BUT given massive turnover I think individualisation of the experience at different outlets would lift the whole fast food enjoyment and milieu . The emphasis in corporate advertising of. “ a place for everyone , all ages, orientations , race and culture “ needs teasing out in each franchise outlet to give a real feel to that Macanese experience . The extras ration management does not suggest judicial waste management but more a tightness in the whole food package , (I am referring here to the sauce request issues ).
