Phoned this morning for a price for injector testing and possible repair. Guy on the phone was unhelpful and arrogant, just hung up in the end

5 stars with a reduction of 4 for the negative comments by a manager called Steve in parts..... A degree of respect is called for when dealing with customers....poor performance.

Not happy about the situation they have put me in. I took my van in for a diagnosis because the engine management light was flashing and it's a failure for the mot and after receiving the report they quoted me 3 hours labour at 75 per hour and 185 for the part needed and they said they would knock off the price of the diagnosis which was 60. After numerous attempts at taking it in they eventually managed to turn off the light but 2 days later the light came back on and the van is driving 90% worse than before taking it to be repaired and blowing twice as much black/grey smoke than before and i still can't get it mot'd. Any suggestions would be much appreciated, thanks.
