Regarding vehicle: ML14 XTV- White Seat Toledo. I USED MILLERS ON FRIDAY 7TH TO GET TO WORK. THE STATE OF THE TAXI WAS SHOCKING. BY FAR THE FILTHIEST TAXI I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. IT SMELT WORST THAN A PUBLIC TOILET. I FELT PHYSICALLY ILL AFTER HAVING SAT IN THE VEHICLE AND I FOR THIS REASON I WILL NEVER USE MILLERS AGAIN.

Have used this service twice now. Both drivers were incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was made to feel deeply uncomfortable in the car. Will definitely check out other companies next time.

Norma SmithMillers Taxis 19 m · Hi Just want to say how overwhelmed I am and can’t thank mr Mohamed khan taxi number 75 for his kindness and generosity!! I went to pay for my journey and I had lost my purse !! I was hysterical crying he calmed me down rang the train company for me as I’d just got off the train . Asked me what I had in my purse I said credit cards he rang the credit card company for me to cancel my cards . Drove me to a McDonalds got me a cup of tea then gave me his number to call him when I finished work and he would pick me up at no cost he didn’t want repaying !! At such a difficult time through this pandemic I insisted he give me his address so I could repay him so he wouldn’t be out off pocket . What a true gentleman my night in shining armour I can’t thank him enough .. Thank you mr Khan & millers taxi for looking after your customers I will be eternally grateful forever . And the good news my purse was handed in !! Thanks again Norma smith

Absolutely abysmal time keeping. What makes it worse the dude on the phones not got a clue what's going on. Haha late for work? Well he can't tell you where your driver is lol
