Had a hair in my one year olds tomato and pasta asked to replace it and took over 30 minutes when me and my sister had finished our food already. Once the new one came it was absolutely boiling hot to the point I couldn’t not give it my son yet, they had gave him a metal knife and fork instead of plastic and didn’t think to change is until I asked for them.

Really nice play area. Great toddler area. Staff very polite. Quieter than other play areas so great for babies and pre school children. Reasonable prices for admission and food. Wide variety of food available. Mini bouncy castle too and overall a good size play area.

Play areas are good and the staff helping out with the party we were at were friendly and helpful. The assistant at the food counter was abrupt and made you feel like a burden, and apparently they are aware charging for card payments under a set amount is illegal... but they get around it with a minimum spend of 4 which is rammed down your throat the moment you get to the counter. :/. The food choice is quite good, but no alternative to dairy.
