I'm giving one star as I cant give no star review. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM THIS SHOP. ITS A SCAM. IM SO SHOCKED HOW BAD YOU ARE. anyway I'm sure the stuff MW sell is good but myself and many others are fighting for their stuff to arrive or to get a refund.... very disappointed

Wish I could give zero stars !!! Shocking service. Parcels going missing, 3 of them. 3 hour queue on the phone to get through. I've been number 1 in the queue for an hour now !!! This is my 2 nd time having to call them!! Returns aren't being refunded. Its beyond a joke now mountain warehouse. They have been shocking with everything over the past few months.
I've been buying coats and jackets for years. Service is great and staff are very friendly.
Bought 2 winter jackets here and wow, they keep us so so warm. The staff are super helpful and friendly.
