I lived here for 6 months and it was great, any issues Paul the landlord was always available. The house was kept clean and tidy. Perfect city centre location. I would definitely recommend.

Paul is an incredible landlord, I've lived in 2 of his properties and am honestly devastated to be leaving completely. The rooms are modern and furnished nicely, the properties are maintained well and nothing is too much trouble. I really recommend Paul as a landlord and his properties to live in, he's just a really great guy and the properties are all lovely
Paul was my landlord for 3 years and I had a great time renting one of his rooms within a shared house. Always asked for our input on how to improve the house or to cater to our needs and quickly delivered on our wishes. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent a room in a shared house!
I lived in a shared accommodation in a great location next to the town centre. The house it’s self was in great condition very clean plenty off space, the kitchen area was always clean and tidy, there was plenty of shower/ bathrooms once clean. The landlord was extremely friendly and helpful nothing was a problem. I would recommend this place or any of Their properties to stay in. All the house mates were friendly. Once again I would like to thank Paul & Maddy for been fabulous landlords nothing was a problem, finally I would say that if I am back working in Preston I will be contacting Paul & Maddy.
If you’re hunting your next rented room that’s the one ! I’ve had a pleasure to live in one of the biggest rooms and it was fantastic! House condition, facilities and tidiness were worth every single penny and come on Paul and Maddy have a style! They properties look so so classy

The house that they provide are without a doubt the best value for money, clean and are great to stay in if you are a student or professional. I lived in shared student accommodation and it was really nice and had all the appliances I needed. Paul and Maddy have been very helpful and friendly. The thing I appreciated most was the transparency and the services which were provided and maintainance, as well as good value of money. Paul and Maddy are fantastic landlords. Extremely friendly and helpful from the get go. they where always highly receptive to issues for all tenants ensuring that any problems where resolved efficiently and in everybody’s best interests. Furthermore, the quality and price of the rooms are miles better than anything else in the Preston area based on my personal experiences, Thanks for everything guys
