Excellent service, quality products and timely responses, would recommend to anyone and everyone! I ordered some zippo accessories, cigarillos and some tobacco from the company and it was dispatched almost immediately which was fantastic, having shopped here before I knew I could trust the quality and speed of service. sadly the items went missing in transit (Purely Royal Mail's fault but during a time of nationwide pandemic this is understandable) as soon as I informed Simon at the store he advised me the best things to do and then offered to send out a replacement package of all the items!
