Booked a repair on the 3rd of jan 2018 they came out, they bodged my appliance and said they will order parts and will be giving me a ring the following week to finish the job. Then today 8th of jan 2018 I find out the company have gone in to liquidation. No bloody wonder. I still have no appliance and job not finished. Now someone else has to pick up the pieces. I have a disable child and have to keep my heating on allday n night to dry the clothes and bedding for him. Absolutely discussed by this firm

I had to use this firm to repair my 11 month old Zanussi washer (part of the warranty). They were closed at 5pm on Friday when the machine broke down. When they were open again at 8am on Monday I contacted them but they could not come out until the Thursday (6 days after the fault occurred) When they came out, despite giving them the washing machine model number, they came with a washer/dryer part so could not repair the machine. Despite Zanussi despatching the part to them by Friday afternoon the soonest (as they do not work at week-ends) they could repair the machine was Monday afternoon (10 days after the fault occured).

Only had an engineer available on a Friday even though they are only an hour away. Lied about ordering parts. Repair ongoing. Would not recommend this company.

Claire Wise

Engineer pulled out my washing machine, snapped off the pipe & flooded my kitchen. Disastrous visit, water left under units, inside units & damaged my cabinets. I have given 1 star because it wouldn't let me post no stars.
