Employed this company to install our new kitchen. There were some issues along the way and it culminated with them not finishing due to pressing family matters. We have been promised a full refund which will enable us to complete the works.

Pity there aren't 6 stars to give We bought a Wren kitchen but were totally let down by our kitchen fitter (not Wrens fault). John responded same day to our search for a fitter and broke into his holiday to do the install. Totally professional, prompt, perfectionist and highly skilled. Very tidy working & leaves job in perfect condition. Also used his recommended wrap solution for walls instead of tiling and it is superb. Its the type of job you need to be totally confident in your fitter and we certainly were with John. I suspect if we had known about him before we would bought the units and equipment from him with total confidence. (However he does need a constant supply of coffee with one sugar!)

John was absolutely fantastic, went to every length to sort any issues out we had with the kitchen, he didn’t leave until the job was done perfectly, extremely professional and very accommodating. Well worth the money! We visited his new showroom in Preston for worktops as well, worth a visit!

I Couldn't recommend them more. John and his team were on time. Polite. Helpful. Reassuring. The quality of the workmanship was 2nd to non. They hit a few snags on the way but they calmed me down. Sorted the issues and gave me a kitchen to be proud of.

I cannot recommend Northwest Fitting and John highly enough. We were in a situation where we had been let down by another fitter with installing a compressed workshop. In fact not many fitters would take the job on. John turned up a day later, he is very efficient, arrived earlier than the time scheduled and stayed the whole day, not only did John fit the worktops, which was above what was expected but he also went the extra mile and completed the up stands which finished the job off. He cleaned everything up after himself, the workshop is faultless, it is perfect. I am really happy with the entire service provider. John is very efficient, he finished the job to perfection. I am already thinking if jobs I am wanting doing in the future to book John for! Really professional service, thank you! I will be recommending you to friends & family. Natalie Tomlinson
