New management and staff in this store, the staff member who helped me yesterday was amazing, she showed me step by step how to move photos from one broken phone to another, always used this store but the new staff seem amazing so far. Thanx guys

Staff member accidentally lost all my data and apps. Then denied it and told me I had done it which makes no sense. I asked for a head office number. He claimed there are CCTV cameras everywhere!!! Then told me to wait in the corner. I waited fifteen minutes . The other male crew members just ignored me with no sympathy some staring as if I had committed a felony. Then I approached a young female member who fixed it straight away. Never have I felt humiliated like this before!!!! The others really need to look after their customers and stop putting the blame on us.

I was unable to put a 0 for the worst customer service today. I bought a phone which they gladly sold to me but the new Samsung phone saves pictures in Heif instead of the normal jpeg. They told me they sold the sim and provide me with a phone but would have to call Samsung customer service. They answer was we don't know and this is O2 well four staff could not be bothered to even look. Don't use this store.
