After 2 years with O2, am happy to return to 3 network. The experience l had in their Preston shop were awful when l was in distress.

They're very polite and very helpful
Went to shop to upgrade one of my existing contracts. After 15 years with o2 I was expecting to get some sort of deal. But no.... i was told in the shop there is no deal and they can't offer me anything. Went home and I had contacted customer support. Instantly I was offered deal. In the shop looks like person who was dealing with me was not intrested to do anything.
If your looking for the worst customer service, highest levels of ignorance and arrogance head here and ask for ALEX ... ALEX is a brilliant example of how NOT to treat a long standing O2 customer of 20 years with 5 live contracts for the family and business or any customer at all irrespective of length of time or money they spend. Extremely rude, arrogant and a total disgrace to customer services and O2 ... Not interested in trying to help my teenage daughter with a repair query and even said to me and my daughter that he’s not wasting his breath and then walked away ... The store was empty so wasn’t due to them being busy .. Thankfully we only had to deal with ALEX’s arrogance for no more than 3 minutes before he decided to walk away. Absolutely disgusting treatment.
Happy with the service VS the cost. Good customer services knowledgeable staff with gurus on hand for technical enquiries. Have a range of products and services to suit customer's needs business, domestic, pay as you go, contracted services, devices and mobile broadband from independent customer equipment e.g. LTE independent router.
Staff are always very helpful. Always nice to go there.
