Absolutely disgusted, ordered our bedroom furniture in August with the promise of delivery in November. Phoned to check the status of the delivery on the 3rd November to be told that our order was now delayed until June next year!! Completely understand the countries problems at the moment but you would of thought that courtesy would of been to inform us of this as soon as the problem arose. Website still says 20 weeks delivery for the same items which would be April next year, DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY TELL YOU, they just tell you what you want to hear to get your money. No offer of compensation (even though they had our money for almost 3 months) not even a apology!!

Just bought 2 reclining settees from here and can't stress enough how helpful considerate and friendly Hamayoon Zeb was. It was one of the best experiences we have had when buying furniture and would certainly return in the future. The store felt very Covid safe and we were very happy, Unfortunately delivery is not until January for the items we wanted, so hope everything else runs as smooth...which I'm sure it will. Thank you Zeb keep up the good work.

Wow, never been dragged around a store so fast in my life. Sales person casually met us at the door, which we now think was staged, and started chatting. In no time at all they thought they knew what we wanted and showed us 2 suites towards the rear of the store and when we said that's not what we were looking for, made another assumption and ran upstairs beckoning us to follow which we stupidly did. Again, tried to explain what we were looking for and quickly taken back downstairs to view something completely wrong. Hadn't listened to anything we said and when they thought we wouldn't buy, very quickly dropped us and didn't even look up when we walked past them a few minutes later while they were looking down at their phone. If you find yourself on the Deepdale park looking for a sofa and/or chairs, do not waste your time in the Sofa Store, go to Sofology.
