both neil and his wife were so so lovely, i was very nervous and they made me feel very calm. very clean and talked me through and explained everything he was doing and why. highly recommend 10/10 will be booking my next tattoo soon
Wow what’s fantastic experience! Took my 8 yr old daughter to Lucy for ear piercing, she was so patient, professional and kind. She explained everything to us and made sure she had her full consent to go ahead. It took longer than it should have as there was a wobble after the first one, but Lucy was so kind and there was no pressure at all. My daughter found her brave and she is so proud of herself. I am proud we have been pierced by a pro and can’t recommend her enough! Thank you so much! Oh and the distraction and entertainment by Neil was second to none too!
