Had my battery replaced in December, I cannot fault One Call Preston, they kept me fully informed, and were so professional. In terms of the pandemic I felt safe attending the garage and hey had taken multiple steps to ensure I was safe. The customer care was excellent and I would net hesitate to use them again to get my vehicle repaired.

On way to Scotland from Devon and alternator belt broke Friday evening...got to one call Saturday 10.30am and they sourced the right belt, lovely mechanic welded bracket and fitted belt and had us back on the road by 1pm. Excellent service from happy to help type of men . I had a coffee made for me and my dog was even given some treats..can't fault these guys, highly recommended
