Ordered a battery for my Porsche on line, promised next day and nothing. Emailed twice - no reply. Finally got frustrated and sent them a 4pm deadline to refund or I would issue Court proceedings for all costs. Surprise surprise they replied and 3 days refunded the money. Then some 7 days later the battery arrived. I then told them I am charging them storage costs 1t 14/day and/or a 75 disposal cost as my insurance does not allow storage of hazardous goods. Finally caved in and told me to keep the battery, which I have done. Not something I wanted to do, but they failed to reply and then when the going got tough, suddenly replied every other hour. Why do people do this when this could be a great business. A totally bad company and I am sure tried to scam me in the first instance, but failed. Keep well away !!!! I am trained in litigation matters, so I knew my exact legal stance.

Ordered a truck battery, Bosch T3050, for my defender on Tuesday night, arrived Thursday lunchtime in excellent order. Half the price of the AA, the only other supplier that had it in stock. Will definitely use again, delivered on a mini pallet by Fedex with a smile. 10/10

I have been waiting for delivery or a refund for 2 weeks. Fraudsters do not come into contact with them. They don't reply to messages.

This was a disaster. I ordered a battery on 13th. October for my old Renault Espace from Orius as I thought I could save 15 against our local Factors price. The battery arrived soon enough but it was smashed on one top corner and in a flimsey box with the acid having leaked out. The Courier photo'd the package and marked the delivery note accordingly. So 5 x emails and numerous attempts to contact them by phone - mostly unanswered - later we've had ZERO response. A very expensive experience for me. Don't risk it !!! ( order no: 000000345)

I ordered a motorcycle battery from them via eBay. They got in contact with me to say rather than wait for it to be sent via there normal delivery means. They could bring it round directly in a couple of hours if that is ok! They dropped it off as promised.
