Great choice of vegan options, always had it delivered slightly before time as well, as for customer service always trying and offer suggestions for best deals. Can’t fault them to be honest. Should say it tastes great as well.

I previously gave a 5 star review, nothing wrong with pizza quality, I normally order my pizza online to collect , website says 20 mins , so been getting there and 90% of the time it's not even ready and I have to wait another 20 mins in the shop , enclosed photos to show look at screens shots so you can see the time.

Nothing wrong with the service, looked very clean, friendly, the pizza was huge, I used an offer so it was great value. The only problem was that I prefer Domino's. Definitely worth trying though as you may love it.

Great pizza and always delivered in a timely manner. We've swapped to getting Papa John's because there is far more variety on menu, including vegan options. We are also huge fans of the special garlic sauce! They've also been very helpful - once we accidentally ordered for collect when we don't have a car and they happily delivered when we phoned up to ask!

I've been here twice for collection and both times it has taken a ridiculously long time but the last time was the absolute worst. Staff were standing around chatting, one guy was doing the work and the rest didn't seem to have a clue what was going on. One staff member (seemed to be the manager) stood at the open kitchen door talking to his friend, showing him his phone and swearing (pictured) while food needed making and customers were waiting. Took four attempts to order an extra that didn't started to be made for another 15 minutes. Ended up stood in the shop for a good 30 minutes while they slowly finished out order. Got home and had paid 5.99 for about 7 pieces of chicken and 11 chips (pictured). Possibly the worst pizza takeout service ever.
