We have used Penwortham Grange & Lodge on three separate occasions. During each stay, we have experienced multiple and recurring issues. First, upon an initial assessment, paper work was lost and there was a distinct lack of staff available to attend to us - It's not uncommon to have to seek out a member of staff. This is a recurring problem. Second, even after labelling all belongings, we have lost multiple items without replacements, explanation or reimbursement. Whilst the staff appear genuine and want to offer the best care, the lodge appears to be suffering from a chronic lack of staff and poor management. Until these issues are addressed, I wouldn't recommend anyone to leave their loved ones with this company.

My aunt lived here for around 9 months before having to move to a Nursing Home. She was very upset at having to leave as she loved the staff, they were all very friendly & helpful to her & we are very grateful.
