We ordered on the app for delivery and they missed out food from our order and the food was a bad quality, after complaining me and my partner had to go to the store to get out food and the manager was sexist to her by being rude and fobbing her off but when I talked to him myself he was respectful. THIS NEEDS SORTING!!!??

My partner and I ordered food tonight (Monday) at around 7.20, didn't arrive until 8.40 (delivery estimates 30-50min). The food was cold when it arrived and there wasn't much of it! We aren't big eaters but their large meals left a lot to be desired. 2 large meals and mozzarella sticks weighed in at over 18 quid including delivery, don't think I'll be ordering here again. The delivery driver seemed friendly though.
XL chicken Burger Meal and 3 wings, food was tasty and grilled to order, the burger was abit underwhelming very basic bit of lettuce on it, chips were excellent, main problem tho was my order wasn't a unique or complicated order, but it took ages, honestly I'm sure, people who were clearly regulars would come in after me and it seemed like they'd get my nearly done burger and he put another on and I'd have to wait again.
Absolutely astonishing! My husband ordered from here at 10pm tonight and we waited until midnight and no order received. It is now 1am and we were told through deliveroo that the order has been delivered by pepes!! Absolutely disgraced that such lies are being told yet the money for the food has been taken from our account but no food received! Please do not order from this place we have been left without no takeaway tonight yet been charged the full amount. Absolutely furious.
