Me and my fiancee had an appointment today 22nd April with the lovely Chelsea, she was just finishing off with another customer when we got their, so the wonderful manager Sam took over, he is brilliant at his job, very engaging and nothing was too much trouble, we test drove the new Mokka, we thought it was a great car, the customer service is brilliant, thank you once again, and you never know we might be back soon.

Great service from Perry's however getting a problem sorted with the car after collection took a little too much effort from our side to sort out. I feel this this was mainly due to the Covid world but returning a customer call efficiently should still be achievable.
