DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!! Really bad customer service. Ordered 3 items two weeks ago, no sign of the order or any communication until I approached them and was then told that they had apparently emailed me to say that something was out of stock. I still don't know what is out of stock since I didn't receive an email and their reaponse to mine was very short with limited info. I tried calling today and whoever I spoke to couldn't even be bothered to take my order number and look for me. He wanted to take my number for \Adam\ to call me back next week when he returns to work. When I said that I needed to resolve it today or might have to cancel, the reply came back \Cancel then!\ I should have taken notice of the reviews and comments before I began. Their customer service is awful, rude and argumentative. I wouldn't waste my time if I were you.

Ordered a shower screen after checking they had stock, it was in stock so I proceeded on 10th Aug, now the 26th Aug, no contact from them about it not being in stock until I asked. They tried to sell another screen which was totally different. Their website still shows the screen is in stock! Beware, very poor customer service.
Bought freestanding bath tap, after a week received a refund as the tap was unavailable, hoowever it was still available on their website. Time wasters
Excellent service, got contacted as its coming up to xmas and was told there might be a slight delay. Got all my items would highly recommend this business to everyone.
We selected an basin unit which would fit into the colour theme of our bathroom, this item was shown as in stock so we ordered and then ordered the rest of the bathroom items in keeping with our theme from different suppliers. We then get a call from Platinum Taps and Bathrooms 4 days after ordering to inform us that the basin unit was no longer in stock! They did offer alternative items such as a smaller unit or a unit in a different theme all of which were not suitable. I now busy cancelling all the other items we ordered as we cannot continue with the same colour scheme. Seriously how difficult can it to keep track of such large stock items. Simon
