I can’t fault Play Like Mum at all. I saw a pram that my daughter had requested from Santa back in October 2020, I emailed the company to find out when it would be back in stock. They kept me up to date with the progress of their stock and as soon as they arrived, I was able to order. I ordered two and a high chair for my friend’s daughter. They arrived quickly and we stored them away until the big day! Unfortunately one of the wheels were faulty but after a quick email, they sent new wheels out and we rectified the situation, along with a new change bag, that I had ordered via Amazon, and the stitching had come away. the customer service is first class and I would order again, despite the small faults. Thank you for the exceptional level of service you provide. Faults are ok when they are rectified so quickly!

Bought a pop when they still did silver cross branding. Only had 4 months and a wheel has buckled. They told me I could return but at my own expense. As it was in the sale it means it's not worth returning. Really disappointed as a cheap dolls pram lasts long than this. Would not use again.
The pram itself is lovely & solid compared to other pushchairs I looked at for my little girl & the handle is a good height and not flimsy and cheap looking like others. But sadly was sent 3 damaged pushchairs & finally had to cave with a 10 discount even though the handles were very damaged and the back and forth to the courier as my little girl had her heart set on it. They did send out a new hood which was appreciated but there was still a lot of damage for the price And messing about we had to do. Sadly it’s just a packaging issue which lets them down as the handles get squashed and marks on the frame from the transport in delivery I presume. I Really hope they can solve the packaging problems as otherwise I would recommend. I know my little girl would love the high chair In the future so I hope they Can look into different packaging so we buy again.
Absolutely devastated to receive a beautiful pram for my daughter from Santy only to realise the frame was made incorrectly. To say my child's Xmas was ruined is an understatement! I was offered a replacement frame, this does not take the upset it cause my daughter Christmas morning. While all her friends where out playing with there dolls and prams my child was left inside crying the whole day! I explained this to customer service to which I never ever got a response! I would request a full refund over this but I would assume i will be left waiting. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE!!!!!
I bought the silver cross wave pram and accessories for my 7 yr old daughter and she absolutely loves it, so does my 9yr old daughter. They've played with it endlessly since it arrived. Easy to assemble and looks great. My daughter said it's easier to push as the wheels rotate, unlike her old pram. Excellent customer service from Kimberley, she replied almost immediately to my queries and delivery was super fast. We are very impressed with the products and service. Thankyou for making my girls so happy x

Do not ever buy from this company! Ordered a pram for my nieces birthday and waited a week for them to deliver the pram that I ordered, even though the website clearly states next day delivery. When I spoke to the CEO, Andrew, all I got from him was ‘I’m not bothered I will get it to you when I can’. Was also asked by him if my calls where a ‘wined up’. Absolutely discussing customer service. Will be leaving as many reviews in as many places to encourage people to buy else where. If I could give zero stars I would.
