Visited here with my son this morning. Three people behind the counter all chatting to each other about about the price of flowers!! I was the only customer in and it took 4 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. Then when I interrupted your none work related conversation you had the audacity to say with you in a minute and kept me waiting 3 more. This place will be closed soon and I can see exactly why. Rude rude rude people. If you don’t like your job get a new one!!! Don’t take it out on your own customers.

I wrote a review on the NHS site about my awful experience here. The management at Pomfret told the admin of the NHS site I was lying about my experience so they would take down my review. The cashier was so rude asking information loudly about my father and why he gets his prescription for free, what's his disability and code? Everyone could hear and it was just so rude. How is that any of your business? You know what the codes are, why do I need to explain it to YOU? And to top it off they gave me the wrong medication and my mother had to go back immediately as my father needed it urgently. Absolutely shocking. She only tried to be vile to me because I am a young blonde girl it was pretty obvious how she abruptly spoke to me from the first moment I walked in, my partner said that before I even said it out loud. if I was older and not as polite she wouldn't have dared! Vile!
