If only towns and cities would realise that charging for parking and putting ripoff price tickets on cars is the one main reason for shopping failure and shops closing. I like to shop at Preston. But never will because parking should be free for all. A total failure of a city as with many others.
Car parking in preston is not good .it takes all the time to get into preston and when you think you can park you get fined the parking system needs to be adressed if we want more shoppers in preston .not only my view but many others too
Convenient for city centre shopping. Have always found space and it is not dear. I have always found the lifts working.
