Great property with exceptional hospitality. After moving unhappily from hotel to hotel we ended up staying here while we were on a project in the Uk. Altogether there were about 10 guys that stayed here for about 3 months. They were kind enough to ensure we all had suits with refrigerators in our rooms. They also set up a room for us to keep a microwave since we were basically living there. The gym is top notch for a hotel. They also have a pool, but I didn’t use it. The property it self is beautiful. They have a restaurant on site. The food was good enough. All in all I would recommend this hotel.

Nice quiet serene environment. Great for families. Good facilities - salon, gym and pool. I have stayed at this hotel for the last 20years. It is comfortable but the cleaning standard especially during this pandemic is disappointing and poor. The housekeeping service is every other day by request only. I cleaned my room myself four out of the six day stay. The dinner menu did not have a lot of variety but the breakfast was better. All Staff we had dealings with were great.

Stayed 22nd to 26th August. Hotel is perfectly located off M6 J32. Easy access to Lancaster, Blackpool, Lakes & Dales. Good clean hotel standards with COVID limitations. House keeping is every three days; however, additional towels / toiletries can be requested as needed. Brecky is NOT buffet (see brecky options pic), but limited to about 6 set options. Staff do their best, but they appear to be stretched. This is disappointing for a 4* rated hotel. The wait for brecky yesterday was 45 minutes! Will definitely try again though as in essence comfortable, clean and cost effective.

My wife booked this hotel for a long weekend away with the 2 children but didn't look at the reviews, I read the reviews and was going to cancel our stay.. but as it was a last minute trip I decided just to go and stay anyways as I've stayed in what looks and is a lot worse, glad I didn't go by the reviews as it wasn't as bad as some have made it out to be.. Yes the buildings interior decorating is quite dated, but the room was clean and tidy. It just needs bringing up to date. Staff members are friendly and welcoming. The price was very reasonable... we was looking and some of the places in Blackpool to stay and they looked very dingy and dirty and was the same price as this place, I'd rather drive and travel and stay in this hotel. I would stay again.
