Parking charges are a complete disgrace, not difficult to explain to every customer coming in that there is a process to follow. Never mind signs everywhere they are blurred by small print and terms and conditions. Manager promising to call back never happens and stuck with a fine. Nothing we can do when you call in and you know it’s utter lies, sort it out !!! When you have done that set about and clean the place it is a hygiene hazard

Visited with family of 6. We used to bowl here years ago. It def needs more money being invested into the place. The roof tiles some have fallen out and some look like they are about to fall out. The bumpers on the lanes are broken and if a ball hits them it pushes the bumpers in. The bowling was like crazy bowling as the machine kept restarting without warning when we were bowling. My son had bowled and before the ball hit the pins the barrier came down and reset the pins which caused the ball to come back down the lane. We had fun though and didn't laugh so much as we were never sure of what would happen next. The prices to bowl are cheap and you get what you pay for. The pool tables were very good and the kids enjoyed the arcade machine. With some money invested and maybe a new bowling machine it will be restored to a really good bowling alley.
Parking received a 100 fine 5/10/19. As we thought Rock n Bowl was really good value for money and I really was very happy with the service, however as in a previous post by the owner I failed to see the 25 signs and banners that are suggested exist, nor was I told about the parking. I also checked the website which I cannot find anything about parking. I have spoken to a member of staff who took my PCN number and a manger would ring me back regarding the fine, I am still waiting. I have tried to ring back numerous times until the call timed out.
Avoid at all cost. I have spent about an hour there. I told the cashier my car registration number, which he said he has put in the system. Couple weeks later I have received a 100 parking charge notice which I obviously appealed against as I do not think I should be responsible for staff mistakes. They have denied it as "they have not found records of my reg no in the system". Shocker. Not to mention the place is dirty, faulty mechanism etc. Not worth going there unless you want to pay way too much for a night out via parking charge. Edit as I don't seem to find a way to answer the owner below: Yes I have contacted (on messenger) the alley after I received the first letter. They said they will sort it out. Contacted again when my appeal was rejected, not even bothered to read my message.
Went here with quite a lot of friends and family and kids bowling is fantastic value for money the food menu for kids is great also cheap and the option sizes are like adults drinks also cheap this is something to do to keep everyone well entertained will definitely be going again
Be careful parking there, I got 160 fine for bowling for an hr! Supposedly you have to Input you car reg before leaving!!! They've allowed a Pirate parking company to control it and scam paying customers
Can't keep away from here. Lanes are normally reliable but if they aren't the staff quickly help out. Talking of staff they are a friendly bunch and very helpful. Would like to see some new shoes at the lane but I'm not complaining.
Great prices with flexibility (pay per hour, per game etc) as others have mentioned, helpful staff. Usually not busy also. Definitely would recommend to others!
