Not paid for work undertaken, and can't get anyone to care, laughed at and 12 calls later out of pocket , this is going to end with legal action being taken to get payment, apparently we are not registered with them although we have been for over 17 years and been paid, until now, staff won't even answer who they work for!!

Very difficult to have sympathy for lack of funding when we have such a cumbersome administration, totally wasting time, money and the environment. The NHS offers cervical screening for women up to the age of 64. When I reached 65 I kept getting letters and mentioned it at my surgery at least 2 or 3 times. A year later, I mentioned it again to my doctor and received a leaflet on screening plus a form filled in by hand and a handwritten envelope (what a waste of time) saying that I had to sign the form and take it into my surgery in order to be removed from the register. Why is this not done automatically when you reach 64 or why is there not an option for you to do this yourself online? To add insult to injury, I have also received a disclaim letter from my local surgery, with a SAE. This is admin gone mad and an environmental insult. The NHA needs a massive admin overhaul.

I was removed from the performers list when I started work in a private practice in 2011. I am trying to be included but 2 months have passed and still not getting anywhere. Filling in the application form online, is a disaster. After I finally submitted the application, I received an email to inform me that further information was required, totally unclear and only shows that they didn't even care to carefully read the application. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Not impressed at all with all the staff who smoke walking across the road from their place of work and smoking and vaping where people have to walk through a haze of impurities! Either smoke outside your building or on the other side of the road...or Don't smoke at all. Not a great advert for primary care
