Hey, nice doors I can fit my hand in between mine and the frame when it’s “closed”. Oh wait, it doesn’t lock closed as the door is faulty - but although reported over almost 2 years ago it’s not covered as our defect ended 7 months ago. \u200d️

We have purchased a Prospect Home in Clitheroe. Although we have been reporting a flooded garden for weeks now, they have done nothing about it. Despite us informing customer care that there should - legally - be no flooding within 3m of our home, they have stated they won’t even come and look at it until early Spring. They are basically refusing to put drainage in to deal with the flooding problem. We now have a completely useless bog of a garden: our two year old gets stuck in it if he attempts to walk across it and sunk nearly up to his waist the first time he went in it. It is a danger to our children and is likely causing damage to the foundations of our house. If I could attach pictures of how awful the flooding is on here, then I would! We have moved to this house to have a garden for our children, but have been left with a flooded bog.

Bought a property in August love it can’t find anything to fault, great location just a hop skip and a jump into longridge town centre. Everything you need is in the centre, the property we bought is fantastic good build quality nice fitted kitchen good size rooms nice garden and solar panels fitted as standard. Special mention for the sales advisor Jasmine, from start to finish made the purchase very easy nothing was too much trouble for her. Always made you feel welcome with whatever questions you had and happy to help with the paperwork when needed makes a good coffee as well

We bought our Prospect Home in Longridge in February 2019. It is a fantastic location with lots of boutique shops , coffee shops, and many more. It is a very interesting place to live with activities for all both young and elderly. Would definitely recommend people looking for village location to come and have a look at Prospect Homes. I

If I could give this company 0 stars I really would. The houses may look beautiful but the legal team attached to this company have caused nothing but stress and upset. Despite having questions for over 2 weeks they still haven’t been able to respond to the enquires and hold up a whole buying/selling chain potentially throwing everything into jeopardy. For properties that are brand new and the fact that the legal team are regularly asked the same sort of questions from solicitors these appear to be uninterested in completing the project. From agreeing a sale of a property and given a completion date this was delayed by a month to then further delayed at the last minute because prospect homes legal team refuse to engage with the process and providing the answers to enquires raised! I’d advise anyone buying from this group to think long and hard beforehand and if they do buy be ready for serious delays and nothing but frustration and lack of communication along the way!
