My family have been at this practice for 10 years now and I cant fault them at all. Staff are always friendly and efficient. I think they have a fantastic system during covid that is making things run even efficiently than they did before. Thank you and stay safe

I’ve been a patient at St Mary’s Health Centre for 10 years. I have had high standard treatment and compassionate care from the staff team, however, one recent today has been rude and extremely unhelpful. Would not recommend based on the level of arrogance of the poor receptionist .

I have always been really happy with this surgery after using it for over 10 years - however today the rude and very unhelpful receptionist tainted that feeling. Politeness goes a long way in a role such as this!

Spent 25 minutes trying to get through to book an urgent blood test for wife who may have cancer, only to arrive in person at the reception and see 3 office staff sat ignoring the phones, none had on a mask in enclosed space, and if they are going to be so useless at doing a fundamental part of the job (answer the phone), whey can’t they do it from home?, or even better get rid and hire somebody with a bit of get up and go please.
