I went to see Lee for help with improving shoulder mobility after an accident, & have been really impressed - even after just the first treatment! I felt comfortable & relaxed with Lee as soon I went into the clinic. He really took the time to assess & understand the treatment I would need, & then explain what he would be doing at all stages so there’s never any uncertainty or need to wonder what’s going on. I always feel safe in Lee’s hands. He explains what he’s doing & why, which is very reassuring, but I also always feel like he’s using just enough pressure to make the treatment effective. Lee’s other testimonials speak for themselves in terms of his professionalism & results. But it’s also the extra little things he does that make the difference, e.g. after my first treatment he emailed through some exercise diagrams - which he’d even taken the time to put my name on! I am very impressed with Lee, & would have no hesitation at all in passing on the recommendation to anyone, as he has made a massive difference to me. Thank you Lee!

Had a consult with Lauren two weeks ago. Excellent service - Lauren listened to my problems, did a thorough examination and suggested potential options moving forward. Had a very good deep tissue massage followed by Lauren showing me several exercises to do that would help rectify the underlying problem. I felt fully involved in the treatment process throughout and I would have no hesitation recommending Lauren as a physio.

I would highly recommend Realign, Preston. After one session with Ollie my back is considerably better. From the enquiry on the website through to getting an appointment and the COVID precautions being taken in the shop. Given my personal situation this was crucial and with a visor and a mask, a clearly sanitised room and a temperature check when I arrived, it felt like all was being done by Ollie and Realign to reduce the risk. I couldn't have asked for more. Ollie was very knowledgeable and explained all that he was going to do and what he was looking for and his subsequent diagnosis. I left feeling like i was walking taller than i had done for the past 6 weeks. Ollie has provided me with a number of exercises which have really helped keep my back from returning to how it was and I am looking forward to my next few sessions with every confidence that I will be in a much better and renewed condition within the next few weeks.
