Stephen is a great guy who has your best interest at heart. He is very knowledgeable especially about anxiety which was the reason for seeing him. Not only is he a good hypnotherapist he also goes out his way to give sound advice which you can trust. And most surprising of as all he helped me to stop a sixty a day smoking habit in one session. He is down to earth and makes you feel at ease and is very understanding. I just wish I would have seen him a long time ago which would have saved me a lot of grief. I have even been to a Harley Street hypnotherapist who was not a patch on Stephen and way way more expensive. Top man ! Thanks a million !. I can not recommend him enough from someone who was always sceptical about hypnotherapy in the past. Highly recommended
