The Docks have their magical moments, they need more publicity and funding.

I very often drive to the car park opposite the Riversway Control Centre in Preston from the Costa Coffee cafe in the Odeon Cinema in Preston. The car park is on the corner of Navigation Way and Mariners Way in Preston. It is a good car park to visit and watch the world go by. At the weekends you can also watch the dockside steam train go past as well. I would recommend a visit to the car park opposite the Riversway Control Centre in Preston.
