Very High standard off Teaching from the professor and coaches. Everybody is welcome regardless off age and ability. They are also made welcome from the minute they come through the doors to when they leave. Its a great way to learn a martial art and also good for fitness.

Fantastic place to train BJJ. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and most importantly positive. The gym is clean, modern, and well kept with good facilities. There are classes to cater all abilities, needs, and age groups. The tutorage is fantastic with all the professor and coaches commanding years of experience in teaching and competing. The professor and coaches are well versed in teaching and developing individuals to succeed, which is replicated by its members who are always happy to help one another. RGA is the perfect place to learn and develop in the beautiful art that is BJJ!
