Rosemere Cancer Foundation, Royal Preston Hospital, is a very caring unit. My husband received chemotherapy here in 2020 & was made feel so comfortable from the moment he walked in. The oncology staff are caring & kind, everything is explained well & the unit itself is cosy, especially when under going such strong treatment. There are strict Covid-19 measurements throughout this unit & patients only, (no relatives/friends, etc.), can enter. Which makes complete sense given the current situation. The oncology staff provide all patients with hot/cold drinks & snacks such as a good choice of sandwiches, biscuits, etc. Washroom facilities are available. Overall, patients are treated with great care throughout there treatment within this unit.

A truly remarkable unit. We've had the pleasure of meeting all the hard working wonderful Staff members,not forgetting the snack bar volunteers (we can recommend the coffee and teacakes) .Our mum had treatment there . As a family they made us feel at ease from the first time we booked mum in , a kind word and a helping hand makes all the difference. Many Thanks to you ALL !! Your doing a great Job .

As a former patient I cannot speak highly enough of this facility. 3 years ago I chose Rosemere as my dedicated charity when I was Lady Captain at Pleasington and it was so well supported as so many people think so highly of it. I am currently taking my Dad for radiotherapy and he has so much confidence due to my experience and the way he was been treated. 5 stars just isn't enough
