Royal Preston Hospital is extremely Covid-19 friendly. My husband had an appointment at the Rosemere Cancer Centre where there was a Nurse waiting at the Rosemere Cancer Centre Reception with a thermometer for everyone entering. If the face mask you are wearing is not of a medical standard you will be given a disposable face mask which is of a medical standard, a sensible idea. Also, on entering the hospital, hand sanatiser must be used & is available throughout the hospital when entering/leaving all rooms. Social distancing procedures are continuous throughout the hospital. Due to Covid-19, patients & carers are the only people allowed to attend medical appointments to reduce the spread of the virus. During my husband's treatment beginning in January 2020 until present day, the various departments we have both experienced, (including various wards), are clean, welcoming & very comfortable indeed. The staff members are very polite & helpful from entering the building through to your medical appointment. Both my husband & myself have a lot of respect for all the staff we have encountered at Royal Preston Hospital!

I can't thank ward 2B for the care, dedication and help i and my family were given while i was on the ward. The hospital was super clean and all staff from cleaners to surgeons were amazing. The food was good with a varied menu, and served with a smile. I was frightened when informed i was going in but everyone was amazing. The moral of the staff 2nd to non. Thank you so much you all really are angels. Thank you from myself and my family x

ENT Clinic very bad expirience with dr Decarpenter drivin 60 miles refuse to see me. Dump hospital and staff..Them are no deserve to treat even animal .
