Last November I bought a jeep and had a problem with the engine light they changed a oil censer even though it was out of warranty I'm still having problems with the engine light and they still offer help and offers to fix it but the light is intermittent it comes on and goes off. John at Rydal motors has been great offering help and support to get it fixed would definitely recommend Rydal and when the time comes to change my car I will definitely look at there stock and John is going to send the service history as promised hi John the problem with the engine light it's a fault in the diesel filler the flap sticks and the light comes on its a brilliant car just gone through MOT no problem and the finance company have just emailed me to see if I want to upgrade but I'm happy with the jeep thanks again John

I had a very particular make/model/spec in mind and I found the absolute perfect car (Bentley GT Speed) through Rydal Motors. Adrian made the whole process from start to finish really straight forward. Highly recommend. I look forward to buying another car in the future.
I have bought a few cars over the years from Rydal Motors. This year I bought a BMW 3 series from them. The initial faults of rear windscreen wiper motor and a missing strip from the windscreen was dealt with swiftly. Then a low pressure oil warning light appeared, again John took it back in, initially stating it wasn't a warranty part as it was a sensor. He called me back and said that the sensor hadn't cured it and it would go to a BMW specialist. Lockdown happened so I was happy to leave it after 10 weeks along came another salesman.... who was apparently going to deal with the fault..... The car came back, he stated it was fixed and that it had new parts fitted, it wasn't fixed. He took it back and said they will have an auto electrician to look at it. Then he phones me and said its all fixed could I make a contribution of two hundred quid as they had spent seven hundred on it. What a mug, i paid it in good faith, surprisingly it was direct to his personal bank account and only his word the work had been done, that was a massive fail on my part. The car was not fixed. In the end I took it to a BMW specialist myself and had the problem fixed. They went straight to the problem and after having the sump removed and cleaned out all as good. All in all this was a disappointing experience. I won't use Rydal Motors again.
