I would like to say how helpful Sharon and Jo were to me and my friend when we went into the Preston shop in St Georges Shopping Centre on Saturday 31st October. Both ladies helped with the printing of our Amazon labels, even when we were unsure of what to do with the phone. They were patient with us and we both found the experience enjoyable, and whilst the ladies were dealing with my friend and I, they never neglected other customers coming into the shop. Excellent service and wonderful staff. I would have gone on the shop feedback but I had trouble writing a review, could only rate with 5 stars ️ ️️️️ From a very happy customer

Excellent staff and service. Staff are always very helpful,knowledgable and very courteous. Used branch in Preston. Lancs within St George's Centre to send box abroad via DHL.

Me and my girlfriend came into store to get 3 dissertations bound, it took 2 hours and they still managed to mess up all 3. Pages in the wrong place and bindings that hadn't gone through the holes. The lack of care gone into such an important document was baffling. To add insult to injury the supervisor (who messed up the bindings) was slagging off a member of staff to us who had clocked off earlier that day. I have never experienced anything quite so disgusting and disappointing.

Have visited this store twice recently and had fantastic customer service. The first time the shop assistant helped me with a Bluetooth speaker letting me know it sounded really good. I bought it and she was right. I contacted the store by phone to see if they had any more but they were sold out but Sharon, the store manager, managed to get me two more for my family from the Wigan store and rang me when they had arrived. I'll definitely be popping in again.
