Visited Sally’s today for the first and last time. The young lady behind the till was very helpful and lovely however I have never be treated so disrespectfully in my life. I politely asked if she was busy and the older lady said YES and turned her back to us! So I stood back and waited for the lady behind the till to be free, when she went to ask the older lady a question she replied with a disgusted look at my friend and a snide remark. To be honest if you don’t know how to perform basic customer service skills then you are in the wrong job! I will be taking my business elsewhere in future! Very disappointed!
