I recently visited the clinic for a minor cosmetic procedure. I'm not a fan of needles at all and can be quite squeamish but the entire experience was much more enjoyable than I had anticipated. When I made my enquiry online I was given an appointment for an initial consultation for the following week and my procedure took place 2 weeks following that. The nurses were so friendly and reassuring and my surgeon was extremely professional. They completely put me at ease and were very thorough with their after care advice. The results have really given me my confidence back. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning if I ever decide to have another procedure.
I have been visiting the clinic for laser hair removal and I am very pleased with the results, Lesley and Sam are both so very professional and explained the procedure to me. I was put at ease from the moment I entered the clinic, I highly recommend to family and friends!!
I wouldn't want to return to this place ever again. Had my lips filler done by a nurse left me with lumpy lips and uneven smiles. I had it done around June 2016 . About a month time I felt something not quite right !!! From my experience I have had this treatment in the past with different Surgery everything went well no problem whatsoever. I did actually went back for the Nurse who treated me to have a look said it will disappear itself just give it good massage!!! Twice daily !! I took her advice and give it two weeks time no improvement at all it will be waste of journey to revisit . So I wrote complaints letter this case need to be sorted . I been offered with full refund over the phone and wil send confirmation letter today date 6/01/2017 still not heard anything from them . I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there !! Thanks to you Sandon house Preston!! For making my lips so noticeable for people to questioning me what happened to my lips !! Never ever want to waste my last penny again!!

Always a pleasure to attend for Botox injections here. The Botox at Sandon lasts much longer than anywhere I have ever attended. Sam the nurse is always friendly as are the rest of the team, not forgetting lovely Les! I have been attending this clinic for 8 years!
