The young lady with the striped pants on and short hair looked after us while we were in your store at Preston and I have to say, she was the most pleasant store assistant I've met in a very long time, especially with everything going on at the moment. Happy friendly helpful easy to talk to and just genuinely really nice and amazing at her job. We originally came to Preston for dfs, but after meeting this young woman in scs we didn't go back. Got the most beautiful sofa and she sold it to us so effortlessly. A natural. Can't wait for the arrival of it now. And even better that it's coming before Christmas.

Was refused entry today by staff and the manager for not wearing a mask even though I told them I'm exempt and also being asked by the manager to divulge private medical issues or prove in any way I have an exemption. That's the first time I've been refused entry for being exempt. ScS staff need retraining. Will be taking my money elsewhere. Update since reply Hi what training are your staff given to make an assessment for I'm not exempt from wearing a mask? I do not have to prove I'm exempt or divulge private medical issues. Your staff are out of order. I've purchased sofas from DFS instead. Staff very friendly and welcoming unlike yourselfs Thanks

The staff at the Preston store were excellent! They were polite and friendly. They were informative and yet didn’t push us into making a purchase. They answered all our questions and made sure we knew what we were purchasing, how long delivery would be and more importantly what if any additional costs were. No hidden surprises. Wayne was the salesman who made our order and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase.

2 seater sofa, armchair. Ordered a fraction under 6 months ago, the sofa was ex display so came quickly. After complaining a few times the chair came today. SCS repeated that the covid fiasco was to blame for despatch delays. The delivery boys tell me they've been delivering for 15 weeks!! So, either SCS are lazy or they are using this apparent virus as an excuse for something else. As a result we have furniture in two similar shades of colour. We have had deliveries from all different couriers right through this year so it's just SCS bad service. Last time I walk through their doors.

Went to purchase a sofa on 16th July and the lady in store was brilliant from start to finish. I think her name was Andrea. Her knowledge and customer care was second to non l. She wasn’t pushy she didn’t hard sell and I came away feeling extremely satisfied with my purchase. The other staff in the store were warm and friendly also and my safety and well-being in these uncertain times was reflected in their care. Will definitely be recommending.
