Only called to ask if they could re fit a velux window,the said they would call me Monday, no phone call and I couldn’t leave a message as the phone just dialled out until it said not possible to leave a message. Tuesday again no messages called again but again I could leave a message. How do ppl stay in business? I only want a refit for a window as I have everything they need or maybe it was to little work who knows? At any rate I don’t think I could trust these ppl to deliver on their word.
