Amazing care. We were lucky enough to have Lauren and Sarah helping us to deliver our second child in the birth centre. Their professionalism and compassion was outstanding, they far exceeded my expectations after having a fairly negative experience with our first born I was very apprehensive. They were reassuring, patient, answered all of our questions and helped us to feel safe at all times. I was a mess after the birth because I was worried about my wife’s blood loss and both Lauren and Sarah spent time comforting and reassuring me whilst also caring for my wife who had just given birth. To say we are grateful for our care is an understatement. They are the true heroes and I will never forget what they did for us.

Had my daughter her during a pandemic and the midwives were all amazing. I was so scared but I actually had an amazing experience thanks so the ladies here. 10/10
My wife has had both our children here. I have to say that the culture and exceptional care is deep routed in the dna of this department, every member of staff had patient care as their overwhelming priority! Highly recommended.
After my first child, I had an awful midwife who made me feel like a bad mother and insisted I bath my newborn at midnight after 24 hours of labour. My second child was over 10lb, I was sne home only to become really unwell. I was readmitted a few days later and needed blood transfusions. The doctor then exclaimed that she had told the staff not to discharge me. As I was on multiple drips, whenever my baby needed a feed, I would have to call for staff who seemed exasperated and would ask me what now?? I also has an assistant proceed to come and sit in my room at 2am to discuss all her mental health issues and suicide attempts when I just needed sleep. They also allow Bounty on the ward to take photos and handle your baby with no permission and they take advantage of you. SHOCKING.
Was very upset with my experience. An unprofessional and unorganised team. I've definitely chosen the wrong hospital to be at so to anyone else, please chose wisely as I dont want anyone else to feel they way I was made to feel.
