Promised half price, salesman came round for quote. Discount was only on specific things and was trying high pressure selling techniques. Stupid price for chipboard furniture. Steer clear!

Took an early finish and freed up an hour to go in and have a chat and arrange a viewing and measure up. Turned up at the branch at 17:20, it was shut, no notice of early closure, waited across the road and window shopped wondering whether they’d just shut for a bio break as this can happen in showrooms. I’ll take my money elsewhere if you can’t be bothered to keep your showroom open to the advertised times.

Went into Preston store Sunday, sales assistant no interest in helping, wanted a fitted wardrobe for a mobile home, wouldn't even come out and look, just missed out on 2,000 plus sale

Shoddy workmanship at a very very high price. The fitter was a subcontracted joiner. I might as well have used a local joiner. A rep from sharps called whilst the work was being carried out and when I complained about the damage he was doing to the walls in the bedroom (newly built house) he stepped up to my face in an intimidating manner. THERE IS A REASON WHY SHARPS GET YOU'RE MONEY UPFRONT!!! Do not use this company under any circumstances it cost me 2800 for a shoddy job which caused damage to my bedroom walls. And to be made to feel intimidated in my own home by the rep was disgusting.
