Always friendly, helpful & polite. They treat you like a friend rather than a customer & are not judgemental in any way. If they can help, they will. The building is always clean & tidy. The equipment is well looked after & very reasonable to hire.

Up until my husband’s sad death in March he always used this excellent service by hiring a mobility scooter to go round Preston whilst we did our shopping in Preston. Without this great service he would have been unable to come into Preston and I would recommend Shop Mobility to anyone. The staff are always helpful and it’s a very reasonable price to hire.
One of the first places to go to if you need help and advice.
My wife and I would struggle to do our shopping without this service, the staff are friendly and very helpful.
