Really difficult to get a refund if your event is rescheduled even if you get the protection plan. So really think if you want to lose your money before using them. Have been trying for a while and still no luck

My Event had been postponed and a new date set by the organizer, this new date was also showing on the Skiddle website. I emailed Skiddle to see how I get a refund as I couldn't make the new date. I received a generic pre-written response saying I shall receive an email with further details and how to cancel... 4 Days later and still no email. I checked the website again and still no option to request a refund, So emailed them again after they closed my support ticket and still only received a pre-written response with no information on how to go about getting a refund! It was by chance that I saw another person have the same issue on the events Facebook page. They actually gave me clear instructions on how to get my refund and only by the skin of my teeth as I had less then 12 hours before the 7 day cut off period from the event date changing. I have had no helpful response from Skiddle and would have lost my money. This is Extremely poor customer services from Skiddle and I will 100% consider other ticket providers when making future bookings.
