I started coming to Smart uniforms just this year in the summer and the staff are always very helpful. I had to go in on Saturday as one of my boys had lost his rugby shirt. Back in the summer, I had bought a polo top, but its never been worn and I still had my receipt. I asked the lady in the shop if it was at all possible if i could exchange the unworn polo top for a new rugby shirt and pay the difference, and she did. Lovely lady and professional.
